Another night of serendipty at Go! - I go to see one band, and then see another great one! French Toast consists of Jerry Busher and James Canty who together have quite a history playing with two of my all time faves - Fugazi and the Nation of Ulysses. But French Toast is a different flavor altogether, being better compared to the likes of Trans Am. They're a two peice which sees each of them drumming and jumping between bass and keyboards with samplers and sequencers thrown in. They go from being a bit melancholy to being downright funky - great stuff.Keep an eye and an ear out for these two, great things lay ahead.
