This set of photos was done completely with my Lensbaby - it's a 50MM lens that's on a "bellows", which is a flexible membrane that allows you to change the focal plane angle. In short, it allows you to change the focus area within a photo, given some weird effects. Since Strange is so, well... strange, I figured this would be a good opportunity to try it out.Needless to say, ultimate sharpness is not the goal of this lens, and since it is a manual focus (which is accomplished by move the bellows in and out) your eyes need to be pretty good to get a focused shot. Needless to say, my eyes aren't that good. But I kind of like the impressionistic quality to these photos, so here you have them!As usual, you can find the incredible Strange at their website, http://www.thisisstrange.org and watch out for their supposedly Earth-shattering record coming out in October. I can't wait to hear it, the tracks I've heard so far have been amazing!
