If you don't know who the Melvins are... I'm sorry. They're handsdown one of the most influential bands from the past 15 years - often acknowledged as kicking off that whole "grunge" thing. Personally, they're one of 3 bands that were truly pivotal in getting me into music in the first place, so being able to see them so up close and personal at the Cradle was fantastic.
