What could be better than a bunch of bad-assed chicks on skates slammin' into each other? That's right, nothing.Jen and I went out to this event so she could find out more info about joining one of the teams. If you haven't noticed, there's a grassroots movement to get Rollergirl leagues going in the US - with leagues in TX, NY and other states across the US sprouting up. The Carolina Rollergirls are essentially their own league, and are putting together a few different teams so they can all play together. They may be confined to the Triangle area, but hopefully interest will move across the state (Asheville, I'm lookin' at you...) in time.If you wanna find out more, be sure to check out their website.
