Is my print going to look exactly like the image shown?

All images displayed here are "proofs" - additional exposure, color adjustments and minor cropping will be made to ensure the highest quality print possible.

Why is it so hard to order?

We have avoided using automated printing services to focus on the quality of each image. While this is more time consuming for both parties, the nature of the work we do requires an extreme attention to detail which we are confident is evident in the final product.

However, this fall we will be implementing a more formalized online ordering system to make order entry much easier. This will consist of a shopping cart, automatic PayPal payment and an order tracking system.

Why is my order taking so long?

To keep prices low, we print and ship orders once a week (usually Tuesday). If you place your order directly after our last print date, it can sometimes take us a week to print your order. If you require a fast turn around, please indicate as such on your order and we'll get to it ASAP.

Quality Guarantee

To ensure quality we view every finished print before sending them out - something that is extremely rare in the Internet Age - and will inform you if re-prints will be necessary. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your order in any way so we can address the issue!
